Volunteer's Financial Services was founded in 1987 by Tom Flanagan, a volunteer fireman of 20 years. Beginning in the back of Falls Township Fire Company No. 1, Tom's career in accounting and understanding of volunteer fire fighting made Volunteers Financial Services the first of its kind - truly understanding the needs and concerns of the volunteer community. Shortly after in 1992, VFS moved to its first office in the town of Bristol, Pennsylvania. Since then, the company has grown to the two locations existing today: one in Yardley PA and the other in Jonestown PA.
Volunteer’s Financial Services works exclusively with volunteer fire companies and rescue squads across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Maryland. The spectrum of our services range from basic filings with the IRS, to financing large building construction projects.
