Volunteer's Financial Services will prepare financial statements on a monthly or quarterly basis. We work with the management of each company to create tailored reports relevant to your needs. Reports generated include:
Income Statements
- We provide you with multiple detailed income and expense reports that help you keep track of performance.
Balance Sheets
- View your balances throughout all accounts and investments, as well as a summary of assets and liabilities.
Budget and Budget -vs- Actual
- Maintain a budget by reviewing actual results compared to the budget numbers set by your fire company.
As an accounting client, VFS will assist with the upcoming year's budget and also prepare the IRS Form 990. We currently work with more than fifty fire companies and ambulance squads.
