will use the last 3 years actual data as the base

Forecast income, expenses, debt service
with cash flow analysis for next 15 years

Advise on apparatus replacement and
financing with the financial forecast
|
|
|
Meet with fire company Board to review
initial projections and make revisions
|
|
|
Finalize projections and provide the
Board with information to attend municipal meetings to explain
the financial needs of fire company
|
|
|
Attend Fire Company Board meeting and
assist in preparing or reviewing annual budget. We will update
the long range forecast with this budget information
|
|
|
